By using the Hygelion website, you agree to use it lawfully and to follow this agreement.
2. Website information
Catalog descriptions, durations, availability, and prices are planning information. A service is not confirmed until Hygelion and the client agree on scope and timing.
3. Planning tools
Cart and Fallows are browser-based convenience features. You are responsible for the device and browser where local data is stored.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate contact details, safe access instructions, relevant property information, and notice of conditions that may affect service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, scrape private information, submit harmful code, or impersonate another person.
6. Intellectual property
Hygelion branding, copy, interface structure, and original materials belong to Hygelion or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
7. Limitations
The website is provided for general service planning. Hygelion does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular result from information viewed online.
